FCC Recognizes Best Buy’s Insignia™ -Narrator Advanced HD Radio Receiver as Chairman’s 2012 Award Winner

The Narrator is the first HD Radio product certified by the IAAIS andspecifically designed for the visually impaired

• What: The FCC has announced that Best Buy’s Insignia-Narrator HD Radio receiver has won The Chairman’s 2012 Award for Advancement in Accessibility. A ceremony commemorating the awards will be held on December 19 at the FCC headquarters. The Chairman’s Award will be presented by FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski.
